A delicious warm snack perfect not only for parties: a combination of cheeses, deli meats, and a tasty mustard-yogurt sauce!
Ingredients
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Natural yogurt – 5 tablespoons
- Salami – 100 g
- Mozzarella – 150 g
- French mustard – 5 tablespoons
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Grana Padano cheese – 100 g
- Cooked ham – 100 g
- Dijon mustard – 5 tablespoons
- Emmental cheese – 150 g
- Tortillas – 8 pieces
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Mix natural yogurt and both types of mustard together. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grate all cheeses and mix them together. Cut the salami and ham into small strips.
- Spread a little sauce on each tortilla, sprinkle with the cheese mixture and chopped deli meats. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form rolls. Insert toothpicks into the rolls every 3 cm, then cut them between the toothpicks, creating smaller pieces. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. When the edges of the tortillas start to brown, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a plate.
- Transfer the remaining sauce to a small bowl and serve as a dip for the roll-ups.
