Ingredients
- Puff pastry: 1 package
Filling:
- Quark cheese: 250 grams
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
Additional:
- Egg white: 1 piece
- Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons
Preparation
Cut the puff pastry into 6 large squares. Make 2-3 cuts in one corner of each square. Transfer the quark cheese to a bowl, add sugar and egg yolk, and mix thoroughly. Place the filling on one half of the pastry, cover with the cut corner, and seal the edges.
Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
