French Pastries with Custard and Strawberries

An excellent dessert or second breakfast. A delightful dish straight from France.


  • Puff pastry: 1 package
  • Vanilla pudding: 1 package
  • Milk: 500 milliliters
  • Strawberries
  • Vanilla sugar: 2 teaspoons


Cut the puff pastry into fairly large pieces. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package, sweetening it with vanilla sugar.

Place a generous amount of cooled pudding on each pastry square and place a strawberry in the center.

Bake the pastries in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
