Puff Pastry Croissants with Jam

A simple way to transport yourself to Paris, even if just for a moment. Be sure to try this easy recipe.


  • Puff pastry: 0.5 kilograms
  • Jam: 0.2 kilograms
  • Egg yolk: 1 piece
  • Powdered sugar: 1 tablespoon


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in half, then make triangles.

Place a dollop of your favorite jam on the wider end of each triangle.

Roll up the croissants from the wider end to the narrow end. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the croissants, gently pressing the edges and forming crescents. Brush the tops with egg yolk to give them a golden color.

Bake for 25 minutes with convection at 200 degrees Celsius. Then transfer to a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
