Grilled chicken drumsticks in a sweet glaze made of honey and aromatic spices. A tasty idea for lunch or dinner from the grill.
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks, 4 pieces
Marinade
- Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons
- White wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce, 3 tablespoons
- Honey, 2 tablespoons
- Grated ginger, 2 tablespoons
- Chopped rosemary, 1.5 tablespoons
- Sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Whiskey mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Sea salt with pepper, to taste
Preparation
Marinade Preparation:
- Combine all marinade ingredients.
- Stir until all sugar is dissolved.
Chicken Preparation:
- Score the chicken drumsticks on both sides.
- Place the meat in a glass or plastic container and coat with marinade.
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Grilling:
- Grill the drumsticks on an oiled grate – for 15 minutes on each side, until the skin is golden and crispy, and the juice leaking from the meat is clear.
- During grilling, brush them with the marinade, which you previously heated up.
