Crunchy Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

Crunchy, lightly charred chicken drumsticks baked on the grill are a delicacy for many. Check out how to prepare this perfect dish.


  • Chicken drumsticks, 4 pieces
  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Classic grill seasoning, 2 teaspoons
  • Sun-dried tomato paste, 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice, from 1/2 lemon
  • Garlic (crushed), 1 clove
  • Sweet chili sauce, 1.5 teaspoons
  • Sea salt with pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme, several sprigs


  1. Mix olive oil with grill seasoning, sun-dried tomato paste, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Add sweet chili sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
  3. Coat the drumsticks with the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes.
  4. Grill on a preheated grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
  5. During grilling, turn the drumsticks every 2 minutes and brush them with the marinade.
  6. After baking, sprinkle the meat with fresh thyme.
