Pastrami with Vegetables

Large chunks of pastrami, delicious potatoes, wonderful edamame beans, and other perfectly harmonizing ingredients make this a delicious American-style dish. Get to know it better and marvel at its flavor.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli – 1 pc.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Garlic clove – 1 pc.
  • Frozen edamame beans – 40 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Pastrami – 100 g
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Leek – 0.25 pc.
  • Cheddar cheese – 50 g
  • Sweet paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.

Preparation

Step 1: Sautéing the Vegetables In heated olive oil, sauté the boiled potatoes. When they turn golden brown, add broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, sliced leek, and sliced zucchini. Sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2: Seasoning the Vegetables Season the vegetables with sweet paprika and drizzle with soy sauce. Add pressed garlic. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper (optional) and mix everything.

Step 3: Adding Edamame Beans, Cheese, and Pastrami Add the edamame beans to the vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the mixture. Finally, top the vegetables with pastrami.
