Preparation
Peel and finely chop the onion, then throw it onto a heated pan with butter and oil. Add bay leaf and allspice and sauté until golden.
Drain and rinse the beans, then add them to the pan. Mix. After 2-3 minutes, add the canned tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and tarragon. Stir and sauté until the tomatoes slightly reduce in volume. The whole process should take no more than 8 minutes. Arrange on plates, then wash and dry the pan.
Fry bacon or bacon slices on a dry pan. Arrange on plates. Wash the cabbage, then chop it into small cubes. Crush the potatoes with a fork. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and mix. Sauté both ingredients in the fat left from frying the bacon. Arrange on plates. In the remaining fat in the pan, fry eggs, washed mushrooms, selected sausages, black pudding, and halved tomatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates.
Place sliced bread in a toaster or fry in butter on a pan. Arrange hot toasts on plates. Transfer the jam to a decorative dish and place it next to the toasts. Serve with a cup of English tea (preferably Earl Grey) and orange juice.
