Sweet grapes served alongside a blend of greens and blue cheese, all drizzled with a light vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients
- Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Olive oil – 5 tablespoons
- Salt – a pinch
- Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Mixed greens – 200 g
- Red grapes – 125 g
- Blue cheese – 200 g
- White grapes – 125 g
- Ciabatta bread – 150 g
Preparation
Wash and dry the lettuce. Remove the stems from the grapes and cut them in half. Slice the cheese into thin strips, then into cubes. Combine everything. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard vigorously. Toast the ciabatta bread in a preheated oven until crispy, then slice it.
Toss the salad with the vinaigrette dressing, serve with the bread.
