Ingredients – salad
- Mixed salad greens – 100 g
- Chicken breast – 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes – 8 pieces
- Red onion – 0.25 piece
- Feta cheese – 80 g
- Potatoes – 2 pieces
- Chicken seasoning – 1 teaspoon
- Oil – 4 tablespoons
- Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – a pinch
Ingredients – sauce
- Natural yogurt – 100 g
- Honey – 0.5 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic clove – 1 piece
- Salt – a pinch
- Black pepper – a pinch
Preparation
Peel and slice the potatoes into very thin slices. Rinse them several times with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Transfer the dried potatoes to a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of oil, smoked paprika, and salt, and mix well. Transfer the prepared slices to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-35 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
Dice the chicken breast and season it with chicken seasoning. Sauté it in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown. Finely chop the garlic. Mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
Slice the onion into strips, halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the feta cheese. In a large bowl, place the mixed salad greens and onion, and drizzle them with the sauce. Arrange the cheese, chicken, and potato slices on top. You can serve the salad while the ingredients are still warm.
