Ingredients
- Watermelon: 1 piece
- Red onion: 1 piece
- Feta cheese: 120 g
- Arugula: 100 g
- Black olives: 20 pieces
Preparation
Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Then, cut the flesh into smaller pieces. Slice the onion into thin strips. Place half of the arugula, diced watermelon, onion slices, and olives into each of the hollowed-out watermelon halves. Crumble feta cheese on top of each of our watermelon bowls. Serve the salad immediately.
