Ingredients
- 1/2 small head of young cabbage (about 350 g)
- 1 carrot
- 1 young onion
- 1 chili pepper
- Mint leaves
For the Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Wash the cabbage, dry it, remove the core, then finely shred it and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Add the carrot – peeled and grated on a grater with large holes, and the young onion diced.
- Add the diced chili pepper without seeds and chopped mint leaves.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients: crushed garlic, lime juice, rice vinegar, fish sauce, sugar, oil, and freshly ground pepper. Add to the salad and mix thoroughly.
