- Venison ribs, 500 g
- Dry red wine, 3/4 cup
- Hunter’s spice blend
- Ground black pepper
- Ground herb pepper
- Cooking oil
Preparation
- Portion the ribs and cook until tender.
- Once cooled, rub the meat with hunter’s spice blend, black pepper, and herb pepper.
- Sear the ribs in a pan for a few minutes on each side.
