Pinwheel Sandwiches

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces sliced American or cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound deli sliced baked ham
  • 1 pound deli sliced turkey breast
  • 16 butter lettuce leaves

Method of cooking:

Prepare the mayo mix:

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning. Mix well until smooth.

Assemble the tortillas:

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.

Spread 1 tablespoon of the mayo mixture on each tortilla.

Place 2 to 3 slices of cheese on the bottom two-thirds of each tortilla.

Layer the ham and turkey slices on top of the cheese.

Top with 2 or 3 butter lettuce leaves.

Roll and slice:

Roll each tortilla tightly, starting from the bottom edge.

Slice the rolled tortillas into 1 inch rounds.

Serve and enjoy:

Arrange the pinwheel slices on a platter.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 6 hours if made ahead.
