Turkey Sandwich

Nutritious and easy-to-make breakfast. Sandwiches with meat are always excellent!


  • Bread
  • Slices of roasted turkey
  • Lettuce, arugula
  • Cranberry from a jar
  • Cheese (e.g., camembert, brie, goat cheese, blue cheese)
  • Mayonnaise or butter
  • Lightly toasted pine nuts


Slice the bread in half and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or butter. On one half, place lettuce, add slices of turkey, cheese, cranberries, toasted pine nuts if using, cover with arugula, and top with the other half of the bread. For the best effect, you can toast it in a sandwich toaster. Cut in half and serve.
