  • Potatoes: 500 grams
  • Broad beans: 500 grams
  • Green beans: 300 grams
  • Dill: 1/2 bunch
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • 18% sour cream: 3 tablespoons
  • Clarified butter: to taste
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons


  1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain and add chopped dill and soured cream, then mix.
  2. Cook the broad beans in salted water with three sprigs of dill.
  3. Peel the green beans and cook until al dente. Drain and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fry the egg in clarified butter. Sprinkle the dinner with dill before serving.
