Stir-fry with grain

An ideal, quick, warm meal – stir-fried, crispy vegetables with the addition of grain. Choose your favorite ingredients and add them to the stir-fry.


  • Broccoli – 1 piece
  • Zucchini – 1 piece
  • Garlic cloves – 2 pieces
  • Farro – 100 g
  • Parsley – 1 bunch
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Mushrooms – 6 pieces
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Yellow bell pepper – 1 piece


Cook the Farro grain mix in lightly salted water according to the instructions on the package. Drain using a sieve. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini into strips. Divide the broccoli into smaller florets, and cut the mushrooms into quarters.

Stir-fry the chopped vegetables in a wok or deep pan with hot olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add the sliced garlic and stir-fry for another minute. Add the cooked grain mix and soy sauce. Mix and stir-fry for a while until the flavors and ingredients combine.

Sprinkle the finished stir-fry with chopped parsley and drizzle with sriracha sauce before serving.
