Ingredients

Seafood in Pastry with Potato Chips

  • Seafood in pastry – 600 g
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 350 g

Pesto Dip

  • Mascarpone cheese – 200 g
  • Pesto sauce – 250 ml

Additionally

  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Parsley – 20 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – a pinch

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare Potato Chips Boil the potatoes, then slice them into chips and fry in a pan with hot oil until crispy. Cut the romaine lettuce into strips and add to the potatoes just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2: Prepare Pesto Dip Combine the mascarpone cheese in a jar with green pesto. Mix well and set aside while preparing the seafood to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 3: Prepare and Serve Seafood Prepare the seafood in pastry according to the instructions on the package. Serve with the previously prepared potato chips, lemon wedges, and chopped parsley.
