Delicious tortillas served with fresh avocado paste, stir-fried vegetables, and tender pieces of tasty salmon.

- Red bell pepper 1
- Avocado 1
- Red chili pepper 1
- Yellow bell pepper 1
- Red chili pepper 0.5
- Tortillas 4
- Garlic clove 0.5
- Salmon fillet, skinless 500 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Lime juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
Preparation
Mash the avocado with a fork and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the chili pepper, cut the remaining peppers into strips. Slice the onion into thin strips.
Chop the garlic, mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, chopped chili pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub the salmon with this mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
Place the fish in a heated pan and fry on each side for a few minutes. Divide the cooked fish into smaller pieces. In the same pan, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the chopped vegetables.
Heat the tortillas on a separate, dry pan. Spread them with avocado paste and top with sautéed vegetables and salmon pieces.
