Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- ΒΌ teaspoon salt
- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
Method of preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the garlic, onion and green pepper. Season with salt.
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Reduce the heat to low.
Add the mushroom caps to the skillet, cover and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
