Pasta with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Pasta with mushrooms is recommended for lunch or dinner. This recipe for a mushroom dinner is quick and simple – give it a try!


For the sauce

  • Oyster mushrooms: 150 grams
  • 30% cream: 200 grams
  • Green parsley: 5 cm
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Onion: 1 piece
  • Ground garlic pepper: a pinch
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

For the pasta

  • Spaghetti: 250 grams


  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
  3. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan, add the onion, garlic, a pinch of salt, and sauté for a while.
  4. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the chopped oyster mushrooms and sauté for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. The mushrooms are ready when they acquire a nice golden-brown color. Pour in the cream, season, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes over low heat.
  6. In a bowl with a little water, add a flat teaspoon of flour and mix. Pour the mixture into the sauce. Bring to a boil.
  7. Transfer the sauce to the pot with the pasta and mix until the ingredients are combined. If needed, adjust seasoning. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
