Oven-Baked Potatoes in Herb Marinade

Healthy, baked potatoes from the oven – crispy, golden, and delicious. Serve them with dinner, salad, or with a dip.


  • Potatoes, 10 pieces
  • Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Thyme, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground hot paprika, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dried garlic, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground herbal pepper, 1 pinch
  • Coarse sea salt, 2 pinches


Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into eighths lengthwise.

Prepare the marinade from the remaining ingredients (olive oil and herbs). Pour it over the potatoes and mix well. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper or lightly greased with olive oil. Put them in a preheated oven at 175°C with convection. Bake for about 45 minutes until tender and golden brown. Stir the potatoes several times during baking.
