Lighter Waldorf Salad

A New York classic in your salad menu? Here it is! The perfect combination of vegetables and fruits.


  • Red grapes – 140 g
  • Natural yogurt – 125 ml
  • Red apple – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Celery stalks – 200 g
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Fresh basil – 5 g


Step 1: Combine Salad Ingredients Dice the apples with the skin on, drizzle with lemon juice, and transfer to a bowl. Add chopped celery stalks, halved grapes, and dry-roasted chopped walnuts.

Step 2: Prepare the Dressing In a separate bowl, combine yogurt with mayonnaise. Season with black pepper. Mix well.

Step 3: Assemble the Salad Add the dressing to the bowl with the chopped salad ingredients. Mix and set aside for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
