Lamb Chops with Mint and Rosemary

Fragrant with fresh rosemary, mint, and thyme, these delicate lamb chops are the perfect idea for a meaty dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lamb chops – 4 pcs.
  • Garlic clove – 1 pc.
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper – a pinch
  • Salt – a pinch
  • Dried rosemary – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh mint – 2 tbsp

Preparation

Chop the mint and thyme. Finely chop the garlic. Chop the fresh herbs and garlic and mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add dried rosemary. Mix well.

Thoroughly rub the lamb chops with the marinade, set aside in a cool place for at least an hour.

Peel the potatoes. Boil them until slightly soft. Cool them. Cut the cooked and warm potatoes into strips about 1 cm wide. Put them on a heated pan and sauté.

Fry the lamb chops for 4 minutes on each side until the meat is nicely browned.

How to Serve: Serve with roasted potatoes.
