Keto frittata

A frittata perfect for a satisfying breakfast for those who follow the keto diet. Prepare this cheesy-eggy dish, baked in the oven.


  • Smoked bacon – 150 g
  • Eggs – 6
  • Mozzarella – 1 piece
  • Cheddar cheese – 80 g
  • Feta cheese – 80 g
  • Broccoli – 250 g
  • Red bell pepper – 1
  • Red onion – 1
  • Salt – 2 pinches
  • Black pepper – 2 pinches


Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry until golden brown in a dry pan. Remove and set aside. Cut the piece of cheddar cheese into smaller pieces, then crumble them by hand. Do the same with the feta and mozzarella, avoiding the use of kitchen appliances.

Chop the onion and bell pepper into smaller pieces. Also, chop them by hand, avoiding the use of kitchen appliances. Chop the broccoli into smaller florets. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix them with salt and pepper. Add the chopped vegetables and cheeses, then mix again.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle the top with the previously fried bacon. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for about 20-25 minutes, until the frittata turns golden brown.
