Healthy and Crunchy Apple Chips

A fantastic alternative to regular store-bought chips. Prepare a snack that is healthy and delicious.


  • Apple – 1 piece
  • Ground cinnamon – a pinch
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon


  1. Wash the apples thoroughly. Cut them into fairly thin slices and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or even better, arrange the apple slices on a silicone baking mat.
  2. Lightly sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon.
  3. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 80 degrees Celsius with the convection setting on. Bake the apples for about 1 hour, then gently flip all the slices over and continue baking for another 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chips.
  4. After the designated time, leave the chips in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about half an hour. By then, the chips should be crispy.
