Grilled Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Grilled stuffed chicken breasts are an interesting alternative for a barbecue dish. It will delight guests and family members, perfect for lunch and dinner.


  • Chicken breasts: 2 pieces
  • Goat cheese: 150 grams
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped fresh thyme: 1 tablespoon
  • Fine iodized sea salt: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper: 0.3 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil: 15 leaves


  1. Prepare the marinade with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and chopped fresh thyme.
  2. Make a pocket in each of the 2 chicken breasts, season the chicken with salt and pepper, and coat with the marinade, including inside the pocket.
  3. Stuff each pocket with some goat cheese and whole basil leaves, then secure the meat with 2 toothpicks.
  4. Leave for 30 minutes until the meat is marinated. Grill the chicken breasts on each side until golden brown, turning the meat several times to ensure it’s cooked through.
