Dreaming of a grilled dessert? Prepare grilled strawberries, served together with a delicious mousse!
Ingredients
White Chocolate Mousse with Strawberries
- Eggs – 3 pieces
- Gelatin – 6 g
- Heavy cream (30%) – 300 ml
- White chocolate with strawberries – 200 g
Additional
- Fresh mint – 2 tablespoons
Grilled Strawberries
- Strawberries – 300 g
Preparation
Step 1: Melt the White Chocolate in a Water Bath
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave (heating to a temperature of about 40°C). Bring 100 ml of heavy cream to a boil. Soak the gelatin in a small amount of water and dissolve it in the microwave.
Add egg yolks to the melted chocolate, mix, then pour in the hot cream and dissolved gelatin, mixing thoroughly.
Step 2: Pour the Chocolate Mousse into Cups
Pour the chocolate mousse into cups.
Whip 200 ml of heavy cream (not too stiff), gradually add it to the chocolate mixture (gently), and mix briefly. Pour the mousse into cups, chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Step 3: Grill the Strawberries
Grill the strawberries.
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half. Grill on a hot grill for about 1-2 minutes and place them on the chilled mousse. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately after arranging the strawberries.
