Grilled shoulder marinated in a garlic mustard marinade. The best recipe for grilled meat that is juicy and tender.
Ingredients
Marinade:
- Oil: 1/3 cup
- Mustard: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 5 cloves
- Coarse iodized sea salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Grill seasoning: 1 tablespoon Meat:
- Pork shoulder: 1 kilogram
Preparation
- Thoroughly wash the meat and cut it into pieces of any size (I used partly slices and partly some “scraps”). Gently tenderize the meat with your fist.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together. Press the garlic through a garlic press or finely chop it. Mix the marinade thoroughly so that each piece is coated with the marinade, then refrigerate in a sealed container for 24 hours.
- Grill the meat until it reaches desired tenderness and doneness.
