Grilled Meatballs on Skewers

Grilled meatballs on skewers – a delicious and simple way to enjoy something different from the grill. This dish is inspired by Turkish cuisine.


  • Ground beef and pork mixture: 500 grams
  • Water: 80 milliliters
  • Oil: 80 milliliters
  • Coarse iodized sea salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sweet paprika powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion: 1 piece
  • Fresh parsley: 1 bunch


  1. Prepare skewers for kebabs – soak them in water to prevent them from burning on the grill and to prevent the meat from sticking to the wood.
  2. Mix the ground meat with water. Add oil.
  3. Finely chop the onion and parsley.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with the meat and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Shape the meat into cylinders on the skewers by pressing it along the length. Grill, turning frequently, until cooked.
