Grape Salad

Sweet grapes served alongside a mix of greens and blue cheese, all drizzled with a light vinaigrette dressing.


  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Olive oil 5 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp
  • Mixed greens 200 g
  • Red grapes 125 g
  • Blue cheese 200 g
  • White grapes 125 g
  • Ciabatta bread 150 g


Wash and dry the lettuce. Remove the grapes from the stems and cut them in half. Slice the cheese into thin strips, then into sticks. Mix everything together.

Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and mustard, and mix vigorously. Toast the ciabatta bread in a preheated oven until crispy, then slice it into pieces. Toss the salad with the vinaigrette dressing and serve with the bread.
