Light Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Beetroot 1
  • Black pepper 1 pinch
  • Olive oil 10 ml
  • Walnuts 30 g
  • Orange 1
  • Arugula 20 g
  • Feta cheese 65 g
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Brown rice 70 g

Preparation

Step 1: Cook the Rice Cook the rice with salt according to the instructions on the package. Drain after cooking.

Step 2: Add the Remaining Ingredients Transfer the rice to plates. On top, arrange pieces of cooked beetroot, crumbled feta cheese, arugula leaves, and orange pieces.

Step 3: Serve the Salad Season everything with pepper and salt, and drizzle with olive oil.
