Garlic Butter

Garlic Butter

Garlic butter is an aromatic addition that can enrich the flavor of many dishes, giving them a unique character and incredible aroma. The intense flavor of garlic combined with creamy butter makes for an excellent base for various culinary experiments. This butter is incredibly easy to make, so it’s worth preparing it at home.

  • Butter, 200 g
  • Garlic head, 1 piece
  • Olive oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley, 0.3 bunch
  • Fresh dill, 0.25 bunch
  • Salt, 1 pinch

Step 1: Roast the Garlic Carefully clean the garlic and then cut off the top to expose the cloves. Sprinkle the garlic with salt, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap it in aluminum foil. Place the garlic on the grill rack to roast while cooking other grilled dishes. The garlic should spend 30 minutes on the grill. Flip it halfway through cooking.

Step 2: Remove Garlic from the Oven Take the garlic off the grill and unwrap it from the foil. Let it cool for a while (about 10 minutes), then squeeze the roasted cloves out of the skins into a bowl.

Step 3: Add Butter Add the softened butter to the bowl.

Step 4: Add Herbs Rinse the dill and parsley under running water and pat dry, then finely chop and add to the bowl.

Step 5: Mix All Ingredients Once all the ingredients are in the bowl, mix them on low speed. This will further aerate the butter, giving it an even smoother and more pleasant consistency.
