Quick to prepare and delicious frozen bites, inspired by Asian flavors of matcha and mango. Check out how easy they are to make and enjoy homemade ice treats.
Ingredients
- Coconut milk – 400 ml
- Maple syrup – 2 teaspoons
- Lime – 1 piece
- Matcha green tea – 1 teaspoon
- Water – 2 tablespoons
- Mango slices
- White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Mango slices – 4 pieces
Preparation
Sift the matcha through a fine sieve. Pour lukewarm water over the matcha and mix thoroughly using a brush until all ingredients are well combined. Combine Coconut Milk with Additions Shake or thoroughly mix the coconut milk and divide it equally into two bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to each bowl. Pour the prepared matcha into one of the bowls and grate the lime zest into it. Mix the contents of both bowls again. Transfer the Mixture to a Dish Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap. Pour the white part of the coconut milk onto the bottom. Then, spread the green mixture on top, creating abstract patterns.
Decorate with Coconut Mixture Cut the mango slices from the can into fairly narrow strips. Arrange them on top of the coconut milk. Freeze and break the Frozen Bites Sprinkle the whole thing with sesame seeds and chill in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Break the frozen mixture into smaller pieces, transfer to a container, and keep storing in the freezer.
