Coconut Liqueur

Exceptionally strong and unmatched in taste. Here’s how to prepare coconut liqueur with a simple step-by-step guide.


  • 1 can (400 g) coconut milk
  • Sugar (use the empty coconut milk can to measure)
  • 125 ml 95% alcohol (spirytus)


  1. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan. Fill the empty coconut milk can with sugar up to 3/4 of its volume and add it to the milk.
  2. Heat the milk, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add the 95% alcohol and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the liqueur into a bottle and refrigerate to chill. After chilling, you can store it at room temperature, for example in a liquor cabinet.
