Ingredients:
- 1 can (400 g) coconut milk
- Sugar (use the empty coconut milk can to measure)
- 125 ml 95% alcohol (spirytus)
Preparation:
- Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan. Fill the empty coconut milk can with sugar up to 3/4 of its volume and add it to the milk.
- Heat the milk, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Once the mixture has cooled slightly, add the 95% alcohol and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the liqueur into a bottle and refrigerate to chill. After chilling, you can store it at room temperature, for example in a liquor cabinet.
