Coconut Chia Pudding with Dates and Blueberries

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds – 10 grams (1 tablespoon)
  • Coconut milk – 22 ml (1 and 1/2 tablespoons)
  • Almond milk – 87 ml (about 1/3 cup)
  • Fresh dates – 38 grams (about 1 and 1/2 pieces)
  • Blueberries – 78 grams (about 1/2 cup)

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine both milks, chia seeds, chopped dates, and cook over low heat until the pudding thickens.

Transfer the pudding to a bowl. Arrange the fruits on top.
