Chocolate Tart with Strawberries

Expecting guests? Prepare a sweet French tart! The combination of chocolate and strawberries will surely delight them.

Ingredients

  • Egg, 2 pcs
  • Sugar, 3 tbsp
  • Vanillin sugar, 1 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate, 150 g
  • Milk chocolate, 100 g
  • Biscuits, 200 g
  • Butter, 5 tbsp
  • Salt, 1 pinch
  • Cream (30%), 350 g
  • Strawberry, 400 g

Preparation

Crush the biscuits and transfer to a blender. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and melted butter, then blend the mixture. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan (about 25 cm in diameter) and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.

Pour 300 g of cream into a saucepan. Add the remaining sugar and vanillin sugar, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the broken pieces of milk chocolate and 100 g of dark chocolate. Stir until completely melted.

Beat the eggs with salt until fluffy. Add them to the chocolate mixture and mix. Pour the mixture over the pre-baked crust and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Let the tart cool.

Place the remaining chocolate and cream in a bowl over a water bath and gently stir until completely melted. Pour the chocolate over the tart and decorate with strawberries. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
