Ingredients
- Dark chocolate: 100 g
- Candied orange peel: 1 tbsp
- Honey: 200 g
- Oats: 330 g
- Raisins: 2 tbsp
- Salt: a pinch
- Coconut flakes: 2 tbsp
- Coconut oil: 100 ml
- Peanut butter: 200 g
- Goji berries: 2 tbsp
- White sesame seeds: 2 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1: Heat Peanut Butter
Toast the oats and sesame seeds in a dry pan. Heat peanut butter with coconut oil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add honey and crushed chocolate. Mix well until the chocolate melts.
Step 2: Combine Ingredients for Bars
Combine the mixture with the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Set aside in the refrigerator to cool. Once set, cut into rectangular bars.
