Method of preparation:

Wash the cherry tomatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel. Drain any excess liquid from the mozzarella balls.

Thread one cherry tomato onto a wooden skewer, followed by a folded basil leaf and a mozzarella ball.

Repeat the process until each skewer is filled with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, leaving a small space at the end of the skewer for easy handling.

Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter or tray.

Just before serving, drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze for added flavour and presentation.
