Banana Pancakes with Chocolate

  • Egg: 1
  • Banana: 120 g
  • Olive oil: 5 ml
  • Whole wheat flour: 50 g
  • Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Milk chocolate with nuts: 10 g
  • Cinnamon: 1 pinch
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Cookie-flavored protein powder: 10 g


Step 1: Combine the Wet Ingredients

Mash the banana thoroughly with a fork. Then add olive oil and egg and mix everything well.

TIP! A very ripe banana works best for these pancakes.

Step 2: Prepare and Mix the Dry Ingredients
