Baked Tortilla Roll-Ups

Baked Tortilla Roll-Ups

A delicious warm snack perfect not only for parties: a combination of cheeses, deli meats, and a tasty mustard-yogurt sauce!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Natural yogurt – 5 tablespoons
  • Salami – 100 g
  • Mozzarella – 150 g
  • French mustard – 5 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Grana Padano cheese – 100 g
  • Cooked ham – 100 g
  • Dijon mustard – 5 tablespoons
  • Emmental cheese – 150 g
  • Tortillas – 8 pieces

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix natural yogurt and both types of mustard together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grate all cheeses and mix them together. Cut the salami and ham into small strips.
  4. Spread a little sauce on each tortilla, sprinkle with the cheese mixture and chopped deli meats. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form rolls. Insert toothpicks into the rolls every 3 cm, then cut them between the toothpicks, creating smaller pieces. Arrange the tortilla pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. When the edges of the tortillas start to brown, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a plate.
  5. Transfer the remaining sauce to a small bowl and serve as a dip for the roll-ups.
