- Apple: 1 piece (about 226 g)
- Pineapple: 120 g (about 1 and 1/2 slices)
- Lemon juice: 18 ml (2 tablespoons)
- Pumpkin seeds: 10 g (1 tablespoon)
- Powdered barley grass: 11 g (1 tablespoon)
Preparation
- Wash, peel, and chop the fruits.
