Ingredients
- Black tea leaves – 2 g
- Fresh ginger – 3 pieces
- Orange – 1 piece
- Orange juice – 2 tablespoons
- Dried cranberries – 2 teaspoons
Preparation
Step 1: Cook the Ginger Peel and slice a piece of ginger. Then, pour 100 ml of water over it and boil for 4 minutes.
Step 2: Brew the Tea Place the black tea leaves in a preheated teapot, pour boiling water over them, and steep for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Prepare the Drink Place 1 teaspoon of dried cranberries at the bottom of each cup. Pour the ginger infusion prepared through a strainer into the teapot with the tea, add 2 tablespoons of orange juice. Pour the tea into cups. Slice the orange into slices and use them to garnish the cups.
