Ingredients
- Feta cheese: 200 g
- Sour cream (18% fat): 200 g
- Olive oil: 40 g
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Spring onion: 1 piece
- Cucumber: 1 piece
- Fresh mint: 1 handful
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Whipped Feta Place the feta in a bowl, add sour cream and olive oil. Blend until smooth using a blender. Then, spread the mixture on a serving dish.
Step 2: Prepare the Cucumber Salsa Cut the cucumber into quarters, remove the seeds, and dice it finely. Transfer it to a bowl. Add finely chopped spring onion and chopped mint. Season with salt, black pepper, remaining olive oil, and honey. Mix everything well and spoon it over the prepared whipped feta.
