Ingredients

  • Black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Mushroom – 200 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Potato – 0.5 kg
  • Venison haunch – 300 g

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables for Grilling

Cut the potatoes and mushrooms into smaller pieces and arrange them on a tray. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then transfer to a preheated grill.

Step 2: Grill the Steak

Place the marinated venison haunch next to the vegetables. Grill the potatoes and mushrooms until they are soft. Grill the meat for 10 minutes on each side.
