Breakfast of champions. A fresh, fragrant roll with arugula, ham, sunny-side-up eggs, and cherry tomatoes. That’s how we start the day today.
Ingredients
- Rolls: 2 pieces
- Eggs: 2 pieces
- Ham: 2 slices
- Arugula: 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes (red): 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
- Chives: 2 cm
Preparation
- Slice the rolls in half.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes.
- Fry the eggs on a well-heated pan until the egg white is set but the yolk remains runny. Season with salt and pepper.
- Now it’s time to assemble the ingredients.
- On the bottom half of our crispy roll, add mayonnaise, then arugula, ham, egg, tomatoes, and chopped chives. Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
