Ingredients
- Potatoes: 500 grams
- Broad beans: 500 grams
- Green beans: 300 grams
- Dill: 1/2 bunch
- Egg: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste
- Pepper: to taste
- 18% sour cream: 3 tablespoons
- Clarified butter: to taste
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs: 2 tablespoons
Preparation
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain and add chopped dill and soured cream, then mix.
- Cook the broad beans in salted water with three sprigs of dill.
- Peel the green beans and cook until al dente. Drain and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fry the egg in clarified butter. Sprinkle the dinner with dill before serving.
