Zombie Cocktail Recipe

The first Zombie cocktail was created in 1934, and since then, it has become a favorite among alcohol enthusiasts worldwide. This mix of various types of rum is undeniably delicious, but beware, consuming too much might leave you feeling like a zombie the next day!

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml light rum
  • 40 ml gold rum
  • 40 ml dark rum
  • 10 ml Grand Marnier
  • 10 ml apricot liqueur
  • 40 ml orange juice
  • 40 ml pineapple juice
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml grenadine

Preparation:

  1. Start by preparing your shaker. Fill it with ice.
  2. Using a jigger or measuring cup, carefully measure out each ingredient and pour them into the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. For garnish, use a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass. If using canned pineapple, half or a quarter slice is ideal. For fresh pineapple, cut a small piece and use it to decorate the cocktail.

Tip: If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, you can use a large jar with a lid. Fill the jar with ice, pour in the measured ingredients, close the lid tightly, and shake vigorously. Proceed with the remaining steps as described above.
