A mild drink with a hint of white wine.
Ingredients
- Watermelon: 300 grams of flesh
- White wine: 250 ml sparkling
- Ice: 10 ice cubes
- Melissa leaves: for decoration
Preparation
Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds. Place in a blender. Add the wine and ice cubes. Blend until the drink foams and the ice is crushed. Pour into glasses. Decorate with melissa leaves and serve.
